MCCC Glen Iris will be having a Good Friday Service at 10am on the 30th March.
Come as our Associate Pastor Charles Liao speaks about Jesus’ sacrifice in suffering and dying for us on the cross and his resurrection and what this means for us! There will also be food and light refreshments after the service so feel free to stay back and discuss what you’ve learned from the sermon.
We will be taking a break from Friday Night Bible Study from 30th March – 13th April.
Friday Night Bible Study will resume on the 13th April at 8pm.
Come along and invite your friends to MCCC’s first activity night of the year!
We’ll be kicking off at 6pm with 2 hours of badminton followed by dinner at a nearby restaurant after (around 8:30pm). Pickup time will be around 9:30pm.
What to bring:
– Badminton racket (we’ll try to bring some spares, but no guarantees)
– ~$20 for the courts + dinner
– Your mad badminton skills
– Friends (hopefully)
If you want to come, please hit “Going” on our Facebook event page and feel free to invite friends.
*** The event venue is subject to change depending on the availability of Monash’s courts. Updates will be posted on the Facebook event.
We will be taking a break from Friday Night Bible Study until the 23th March (so don’t make the mistake of coming on the 9th March!).
If this break brings upon you the sudden epiphany of not knowing what to do next Friday night, then make sure to check out our upcoming Badminton Night on the 16th March.
More details to come.
The first Youth and Young Adults (YYA) night of 2018 will begin next Friday on the 2nd February at 8pm. Join us for a night of worship, bible study and fellowship!
For more information, there will be an induction session after our regular Sunday Service on the 28th January.
This year we will be studying the Gospel of John which focuses on the major miracles performed by Jesus and his glorification through crucifixion. If you think you’d be interested in this book of the Bible, please do feel free to join us on Friday nights at 8pm. Both Christians and non-Christians are more than welcome to join.
There will also be a new change this year where we will be hosting some sort of activity (badminton, kBBQ, bowling, etc) on every 3rd Friday of each month so feel free invite some friends and chill with us.
