While we won’t have YYA on Friday night this week, we will be having a Good Friday service at 10am at Glen Iris. Come as we remember Jesus’ sacrifice in suffering and dying for us on the cross, and celebrate what it (and His resurrection) means for us!
Don’t forget our planned events after the service! There’s the VCE outing and SOYA Good Friday lunch mentioned in previous posts. It will be a great time of fellowship!
Just a heads up to let you know that there’s no YYA Bible study this Friday at church (so don’t come to church). Instead, there’s badminton and MOLDI (Meaning Of Life Discussed Intelligently) dinner happening! It’s been announced already at the services and in the bulletin. If you want to come but still don’t know the details, contact one of the YYA committee members. Hope to see you and we look forward to having a great time of fellowship and outreach there!
Something fishy is happening on Good Friday. If you are a SOYA (Slightly Older Young Adult), you and your friends are invited to the first SOYA 2017 event for delicious food and a chance to meet old & new friends.
When: Friday 14 April 2017 from 12:30pm to 3:30pm
Where: Fordham Gardens, Camberwell Road, Camberwell
(If it is rainy weather, we will move to Melbourne Chinese Christian Church, 29 Summerhill Road, Glen Iris, VIC 3146)
Please RSVP Michelle Li 0425 764 098 or Vivian Koo 0429 909 884 by Monday 10 April 2017.
